Have a part in developing innovative chassis engineering by supporting us as the point of contact for customers in quality issues throughout the entire product life cycle. You will analyse the documents of customer requests, prepare quality concepts during acquisition and carry out the financial assessments for calculating quotations:

  • You oversee design and process FMEAs, present them to customers and monitor the implementation of derived actions
  • You implement quality concepts and prepare control plans (CP)
  • You assess, initiate and monitor the implementation of customer requirements
  • You coordinate quality issues across sites and liaise between customers and the plants
  • You are responsible for coordinating quality objectives and agreements with customers
  • You keep an eye on customer portals and quality scores and initiate measures for improvement
  • You analyse data from field failures, determine key data and evaluate trends
  • You negotiate quotas and lead teams (e.g. task forces) to process critical customer issues systematically and in a focussed manner
  • You participate in coordinating damages claims with customers and suppliers
  • You take the lead and coordinate sampling inspections at customers, and prepare, organise and carry out customer audits and acceptance


  • You have a degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering or related field)
  • Professional experience in automotive projects and quality management
  • Knowledge of established requirements, standards and specifications in the automotive industry
  • Interested in working internationally and willingness to travel when required
  • Motivation, initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Talented organiser and structured, goal-oriented approach to work
  • Good written and spoken German and English, at least B2-level according to the European reference framework for languages
